Overview
The Wonderful Precision series of air handling units consists of three main series: ceiling-mounted, horizontal, and vertical, with air volumes ranging from 1000 to 100000 m³/h. Specifically, the ceiling-mounted units have an air volume range of 1000-16000 m³/h; the vertical units range from 2000-60000 m³/h; and the horizontal units range from 2000-100000 m³/h. Humidification and sterilization modules can also be added. These units are widely used in hotels, theaters, shopping malls, office buildings, and other venues, and can also meet the needs of industrial settings such as electronics, chemicals, medical, pharmaceutical, tobacco, food, and light industry.
Features of Air Handling Units
Ceiling-mounted air handling units utilize a full sheet metal structure.
The enclosure is constructed from high-quality galvanized steel sheets, offering rust and corrosion resistance, aesthetic appeal, and durability.
The interior of the enclosure is lined with specially selected sound-absorbing and heat-insulating materials, providing high strength, excellent insulation, and noise reduction.

Horizontal and vertical air handling units employ an aluminum alloy frame and foamed panel structure.
The aluminum alloy frame and panels are fixed with internal screws, resulting in a screwless, aesthetically pleasing appearance. The panels utilize polyurethane injection foaming technology, offering high strength and excellent insulation.

Ample airflow and cooling capacity.
The units utilize low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor fans (standard units) or belt-driven fans (customized units). All fans undergo precise dynamic balancing, ensuring exceptionally smooth operation and resulting in low noise and high total pressure.
The main body of the condenser cooler uses high-quality air conditioning copper pipes and aluminum foil, which are then tightly integrated using advanced mechanical expansion. After undergoing a 2.2 MPa air pressure sealing test, this ensures the product's superior performance and reliable quality.

Integrated Inclined Stainless Steel Drain Tray
The carefully designed inclined drain tray features a 25mm drop between the highest point of the condensate tray and the drain point, ensuring smooth condensate drainage and preventing condensation and dripping even in harsh environments.
Furthermore, the entire condensate tray is made of 304 stainless steel, eliminating the problem of corrosion caused by prolonged water immersion.

Additional Function Options
1. Panel thickness options: 25mm, 30mm, 50mm;
2. Optional features include humidification, electrostatic dust removal, and pre- and HEPA filtration.

Unit Installation and Operation Instructions
1. Sufficient space should be left around the unit, especially around the inspection door and the side of the external water pipe, for maintenance and filter removal.
2. The unit's installation foundation must be level. Poor levelness may affect the normal drainage of the water pan and the dynamic balance of the fan.
3. The unit uses an intake system. The heating hot water temperature should not exceed 65℃, and the water quality must be clean (softened water). A filter should be installed at the inlet if necessary.
4. The unit's condensate drain pipe must be equipped with a steam trap or water trap. The water seal height can be considered based on the external residual pressure + 100mmH₂O (see attached diagram for specific requirements). The condensate drain pipe should be kept unobstructed, ensuring a drainage slope > 0.005.
5. The weight of all air ducts and water pipes connected to the unit should not be borne by the unit; necessary hangers or supports should be provided.
6. The unit motor should be connected to a power supply with phase loss protection and overload protection. Motors above 11KW should use reduced voltage starting. The unit's power supply is 380V, 50HZ.
7. After installation, before powering on, manually rotate the fan blades to carefully check for smooth rotation, voltage compliance, absence of missing phases, and three-phase balance. After powering on, briefly start the motor to check the fan rotation direction; if incorrect, reverse the phase sequence. Only power on if no abnormalities are found. The unit must not be run under no-load.
8. The air filter should be cleaned regularly. Operating the unit without a filter is strictly prohibited.
9. During winter shutdown, antifreeze measures must be taken, or the water in the coils must be drained to prevent them from freezing and cracking.
10. After two years of operation, the unit should undergo comprehensive maintenance, including cleaning the heat exchanger fins and removing scale from the water pipes.
11. In case of unit malfunction, repairs should be performed by qualified personnel.

Ordering Guide
When selecting an air handling unit, please specify the product specifications, model, heating/cooling capacity, and whether the unit is left or right-handed.
The unit itself does not include electrical control components. However, electrical protection devices and variable air volume (VAV) speed control devices can be added according to the user's specific requirements. The unit does not include inlet/outlet airflow regulating valves.
If there are special requirements for the unit's design, our company can provide non-standard products. Additional features such as electric heating, humidification, and noise reduction devices can be added.
